Sorry! My f----g tablet has taken to printing everything at least twice. I try to correct it, but sometimes it waits until I've gone elsewhere. It clearly doesn't like me. Have any of you ever encountered that problem?

Blackbird99 has it alright, would never have found it that far from a town ... as poster says, Fews. The photo shows pretty much the entire place.

Anyway, try this one, will give two clues -- it's north but not North, also looking north (not precisely), and it's in a town served by "N" and "R" class highways but this street is neither (there is one at the end of the street). The town has a longish name. About a half km to the right of the image location is a lake that's about the same size as the town.

Will give more clues if that doesn't help enough.

As long as I've been playing we have not been to this particular county, perhaps in the first part of the thread ... and I've never been there either.

Not quite yet, right county (Monaghan) and what I said about the lake is only half right, the lake on closer examination is two lakes in one, each of them about the size of this town. That will give it away fairly easily so now I will need a street name too so as to prove you found it.

Clue -- the street is quite close to the centre of the town.

Yep, sorry I was out and about, Henry Street in Castleblayney was correct.

Try this one ... the best clue is not in the foreground, if you solve that, you know roughly where to look.

Grange and Sligo are in the right general area, Cliffoney may be a bit further away.

So these posters have obviously recognized the profile of Ben Bulben in the background, but as seen from the south through west side, and the more dramatic cliff at the west end is not visible in our photo here.

Does that help? If you back away from the eastern half of the mountain in the right direction you'll find this spot. Another clue, you'll find it before you hit salt water.
