Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    I f**king detest Martin Tyler.

    Why? "And it's live".

He is great. Wish andy was still with him. Those were the days.

No you don't. You've tried this with other players like Cattermole and other average players.

    Not f**king you again

It is. I don't see how welbeck is better than Landon. He's younger but sh1te. A fumbling fool. He does it every game.

Just what the doctor ordered, like Van Persie I never dreamed of actually seeing Mata in a Utd shirt.

Looking at this game with Sunderland all over us

We need a centre midfielder, if we don't get one it's going to be the same results

Yep, everybody is so busy lauding the arrival of Mata they seem to have forgotten that he probably won't make a damn bit of difference.

He will be a world class attacker playing in front of some pub league midfielders, and that will work about as well as you would expect.

I do for sure. I'm not saying get rid of Rooney and Robin. It's welbeck! Cattermole not great but would be a good addition and bring some oomph to the squad. What's wrong with Donovan compared to welbeck?

I can't see him Landon in Manchester anytime soon

Januzaj needs to be rested, we are far too dependant on him.

We need ball players, not oomph players.

He's not any better and he's far older.

I thought Donovan was good for Everton in his time thee. He's not world class neither is welbeck. But he'd be good for backup. That's what I don't understand. I'm not saying get rid of Rooney and Robin and put in Donovan and sell fletcher and buy Cattermole!

That's what I said not to do! But having Cattermole in reserve would be good. I never said sell Rooney Robin Fletcher DeGea etc. if I did I'd understand this reaction.

Howard Nurse from the beeb saying Mata deal is close. Until the BBC come out and say it's done I won't believe anything anyone else says.

What is so good about welbeck? He's younger and scores the odd goal. He stumbles most of the time. I could see Donovan being more successful. All I'm hearing is you must be a troll! Jaysus. Do some people really rate welbeck that much after all these games?

Technically, you're seeing it. Unless you have voices in your head. If so, carry on.

Januzaj is such a mature player. Hard to believe is 18.

Not perfect but, wow, his composure in that position was incredible. Sensational.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,909 ✭✭✭Neeson

At least welbeck didn't score it!

The fact that we closed up show against Sunderland at Old Trafford with 20 minutes normal time and 30 minutes extra time was horrendous. To go so negative is so sickening for me. And what's worse, as soon as we tried scoring a second goal, we got one within 30 seconds!?!? Once again, Moyes' tactical decisions overshadow the game for me.

For a "striker", Welbeck's accuracy is incredible. De Gea mucked up big time the first time they got a shot on target. And whoever is in charge of penalty training needs to get a kick up the ass.

But for me, it all comes down to the fact that Moyes went too negative, too quickly.
