    Hi,
    when will online statements be uploaded to banking 365 for the last 3 months of last year

    Thank you for contacting us on Boards.
     
    Bank of Ireland 365 will automatically allow you to see 12 months history on your account online.
     
    If you are looking for an up to date eStatement for your account, this can be ordered by calling Bank of Ireland 365 on 0818 365 365 or from abroad on 00353 140 44000.
     
    Please select option 7 and then option 1 on our self service menu.
     
    Just to mention, if ordered on a banking day before 3.30 pm the eStatement will update online overnight for you. If ordered after this time, it will take another working day to display online. You will receive a text/email to notify you when it is available to download.
     
    If you would like to amend the frequency of your eStatments, you can call on the contact number above. Please press the * button on your phone, this will direct your call to a representative. They will be happy to alter the frequency for you. Alternatively, you can submit your request through the 'Online Service Desk' when logged into your account online.
