Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

ipad screen frozen

    help!!
    my lovely son :mad: has frozen the screen of the ipad, whilst playing a game.
    I've tried turning it on/off, double clicking the home button really fast twice, but to no avail.
    what do I do now?

    Try pressing and holding the power button and the home button until the screen goes black. Then turn it on again.

    had tried it but didn't realise you had to hold them for so long -- seconds I know but felt like ages.
