Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I got a new iphone 3gs replaced last year.
I opened the box and started using it in June and it has given me nothing but heartbreak since!
    Apps freezing slow messages..
But for the last month it keeps turning off randomly.
I have searched online and it is a software issue.
The phone has been in use since June. Not a long time.
I know it's an old model but truly it should still work.
I want to speak to someone and plead my case but the only option is see is paying for a one time support fee!

Is there anyway around this/ should I call an apple store!?

OP have you restored the device to new and see if the issue persists?

Back the phone up in iTunes or iCloud first.

FYI, iCloud wobt back up your text messages. Only itunes will back up your text messages.

heres a step by step to help you back up with iTunes

Actually they do backup/restore your text message. Have restored my iphone multiple times. The only thing it won't restore is your music that you didn't purchase on iTunes, but will restore fine if you have iTunes Match.
