Operators having trouble seeing the line

    Long story short, moved into new house.
    There was an existing vodafone line from previous tenant now cancelled.
    Called Sky to set up broadband. They can't see the line.
    This continued for a month.
    Now no different
    Called Vodafone, they can not see the line either.
    Anyone in Eircom can tell me if there is a problem with the line activation?
    Anyone I can PM my address to?

    I've looked into this and I can confirm that the ARD key is 2401998.

    I see you replied to my PM request yesterday evening however I had been unable to get back to you until now as we are available between 12pm - 5pm.
