I'm looking at possibly getting an apartment in the North Dock area of the city and was looking for feedback on the general area. It's on Castleforbes St, quite close to the O2. Location wise it seems handy but just wondering if the area has been redeveloped in recent years, as I seem to recall a few issues on Sherriff St.…

I have a mate who lived in East Wall and couldn't wait to leave the place but just trying to decipher if this location is alright. (not viewing it until next week)

Any info at all from anyone who lives/works or knows the area would be really helpful.
