Songs You Don't Hear Anymore

Since i'm forced to listen to commercial radio at work, it's rare that i'll hear a song that i've not heard in years. Yet fair play to Dave Fanning on 2fm last night, he hit me with this one, and i honestly don't think i've heard it played since the last century. It's not even on The Greatest Hit compilation, for shame!

In general you wont hear any psychedelic rock, prog rock, folk rock or country rock that were regularly hitting the charts and popular in the past on the radio anymore for different reasons.

Ironically, all those genres are as healthy today as they've been in a long time, there's just very little room for them on the unimaginative mainstream radio we put up with in Ireland....
