Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

I'm looking for a 15"-16" laptop with no optical drive and preferably Windows 7 but I'll take 8 at a push, it will be just used for browsing, emails and nothing too strenuous...any suggestions?

PC specialist have a range of laptops which are totally customizable, you can select a hdd caddy instead of an optical drive, and select windows 7 as the operating system. Win 7 machines are getting rarer iand harder to find n the normal retail channels.

Pcspecialist.co.uk, novatech.co.uk and cyberpower.co.uk would all sell broadly similar machines that are customizeable. You should be able to get what you need there, PC specialist have the best website have a look there first under laptops.
