Complete CCTV kit - to view over 3G

Hi all, I found this Complete CCTV kit on ebay. http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/CCTV-8CH-HDMI-Full-D1-DVR-Outdoor-Home-Video-Security-Camera-Wireless-3G-System-/331080174638 Is this as simple as just pluging in a 3G dongle so that I can then view remotely from my smartphone.

Hi, unfortunately not that simple.
3g dongle does not support NAT or port forwarding or should i say the 3G system itself does not support it. It can be done using and intermediary company connected with your provider where they can furnish you with an "external" ip address but thats another charge per month you probably dont want.
