yeah i've ordered from them before, if you select the gift option they send you all the bags etc. One time I forgot so I just brought the receipt into a store and they gave me the bags. I think the last time they sent me a bag per item.

Order one anyways and you can always change it in the shop. I think the 18cm/19cm one is a medium and fits most. depends on which one you are getting (thats for the oxidized charm one). or try measure your own wrist and see

Yeah I had this problem this morning too, paid with paypal in the end. Thought it was odd as it went to the verified with visa site but I checked and no money was taken. PayPal went through fine.

Just for future reference.

They use GLS, I live in the countryside and just recieved a call from the courier and am
expecting the same runaround i get when a company uses GLS to deliver.
Hopefully it will turn up eventually but buyer beware!

EDIT: I have to give some credit as the courier did do his best to find my house and
i did receive the package. I still can't understand why GLS doesn't give them GPS devices.
