i recently got a dell laptop but it keeps crashing . They sent out a technician who replaced a couple of parts but the problem is still there, after a few minutes i get a blue screen then the computer restarts.

dell have offered me a replacement but i've no idea if its good value or not.

could someone please give me an idea of what this should cost to buy new?

By law, what they're offering as to be of equal value or greater. I've been looking for the XPS 15 with that exact spec on their website but I can't find it.

You could call Dell sales and give them the specification and ask them for a price of it, if you're really concerned.

If you configure it on pcspecialist it works out at €878 but they would be cheaper than Dell and a slightly better build
