    ran manchester for a change,but preferred Rotterdam

    City centre start and finish,good buzz in the square after techno music blaring out

    There's a lot of Irish elites running I believe. Christie, Ciobamu, Gary, Callaghan brothers, Joe Sweeney that I know.

    Hopefully they all run well.

    Weather is good today, just a noticable wind out today when running.

    Best of luck everyone.

    Training has been incrediby enjoyabe so whatever hand is dealt to me tomorrow so be it!

    See everyone in the pub. Ill be the awkward one drinking away happily or staring into an almost empty stale pint of Guinness wondering where it all went wrong....!

    Sean Hehir 2.17 15th place ...Gary ohanlon 2.22 ish 2nd over 35. Eoin calaghan 2.26. Early results on Rotterdam site now. Lots of good irish runs

    Results are messed up. Ran 2:58 on watch. 2:59 on gun time. Results are giving me some dude called Andreas :(

    3:14 for me, blew up at 21 miles, still only 4 minutes off target and it's over a 5 min pb so im happy. Found it very warm out there.

    Results are in. Well done all. Some great runs in there. I can't find a result for BadReputation and I don't have a bib number for Corny.
