    I need to buy a second hand computer on ebay and my budget is as cheap as possible

    The sole purpose is:
    (1) Photoshop

    Change:
    Lighting and contrast
    Image size
    Insert text onto picture

    What system would i need in regards to ram and ghz/ processor/ graphics card


    Any help - much appreicated
