This may seem like a bit of a stupid question, but can you buy a Gun such as a .22lr or Air Rifle in Ireland without a license? like is there anywhere on the internet where theres no questions asked and they just ship you a rifle? I'm just curious and ofc I dont intend to do it I just wanna know if its ever been done and…

No.

No gun in Ireland (rimfire, air rifle, centre fire, etc.) can be held, used, owned, possessed, etc. without a license. Also trying to buy, import, get a gun via the internet with "no questions asked" is a great way to loose €25,000 and enjoy 7 years holiday courtesy of the state.
