I'm going into town(Dublin) later on and might pick up a roasting pan.

I'd like to get a good one. Any recommendations?

It may seem obvious, but measure your oven first.
Apparently they are not all a standard size.
    I speak from experience.:o

I have an old one that was originally non-stick but is suffering from wear and tear. I've seen lovely heavy stainless steel ones that cost around €70 but I'm not sure I'd pay that, so if I was buying a new one I'd look for an enamel one like this. Inexpensive yet durable.
