transfer JSA to illness benefit

At the minute I'm doing a FAS course but recently injured my leg and have been unable to attend due to the it. I was wondering if anyone knew if I can transfer to illness benefit from my JSA?

Ask your GP for an Illness Benefit cert and submit it to your local SW office.
Then go to your CWO for a payment.
