Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    10/04/2016 Sunday 13.1m @ 08:04 avg pace (MLR -Easy)

Last double figure run on the plan. Kept the effort easy which meant the pace was somewhat different on the way out along the coast versus the return trip through Baldoyle.

The few days rest seems to have worked well for the left hammer although all the seating around in airports, planes and meetings since Friday morning didn't do the right hip/glute any favours. Felt very tight when I kicked off today but loosened out towards the end. Pilates and yoga along with the easy running planned for the next few days should help keep everything loose and relaxed for the week. Another sports massage in the diary for Tuesday evening as well.

So on to race week and it will be all about keeping things ticking over and getting to Hopkinston in good health. After that Que Sera Sera.

Catch you all on the other side :pac: :pac:

I really hope you smash target on the day, this will be similar to D post but don't be put out as a result.

Same applies for training schedule. You've had a great 12 weeks and mind hip/back/aches this week.

Wishing you all the very best in Boston and looking forward to cheerleader updates.

    Have a super race.

    Upload to strava asap.

Starting this early in case I'm off my head over the next few days.

    ENJOY.

Cheers G. Yeah it was hot alright but main problem was hips locked up after about 10m. Turned into a death match home. Supporters and atmosphere were amazing and made the pain somewhat bearable.

Sounds like a very tough day at the office. Kudos for hanging in, considering the conditions.

Better get those hips sorted though...Two days of shopping ahead:D
