On my American stream of the Chelsea game at the weekend, they were advertising it, so ya may have ways and means of finding it if ya really wanted.

Paddypower had an offer of 5/1 that he'd win it and not show up, he said a few months back he wouldnt show up but i reckon he's changed his mind

Is it players and coaches who get to vote? Who else?

I fully expect it to be a lot closer than people think, Messi could easily get more votes than Ronaldo because he is more likeable. And despite his injury he still had a phenomenal year.
