Rent Increase

    I'm currently in receipt of rent allowance. My rent was originally at the maximum amount for my area.

    The landlord has recently put the rent up, but I noticed that the maximum amount for my area has also gone up.

    I was wondering is it possible to apply for an increase for the rent allowance I receive?

    I'm dealt with by one of the rents unit. I've sent a letter but heard nothing back. I do have an email address I've used before I could try.

    If I can apply for an increase, does anyone know what it entails?
