    Can you appeal an assignment result or get in re-checked in UCC ?

    you can always go to your lecturer and ask to discuss the assignment. they should go through it with you, explaining how you got your mark.

    If it was marked by a tutor, then I'd talk to the tutor about it first.

    No - you can only get a recheck of a module - and a recheck only involves a check that the figures were added up correctly - there is no rexamination of assignments ever !

    An appeal is against a decision of an exam board on specific grounds - ill health etc
