Making first wurzels wines-any precautions?

    i'm going to make 25L as most of my ingredients are in 25L doses anyhow:)

    i'll have everything sterlized

    add juice ,water ,sugar, and tannin up to 25L check with hydrometer

    get everything mixed and add pectolase ,yeast nutrient and finally pitch yeast at 25 degrees

    cover with loose lid and ferment at 25 degrees



    how does that sound guys ...anything left out

    i know how to do the stabilising,degassing and fining etc. later on

    Very difficult to go wrong really. Just follow the guide and it does as it should. Nice,but from feedback I received, most prefer the grape/apple combo over the grape/orange combo. I found both equally drinkable.
