20 euro from drinkstore and either free to pick up or a fiver to deliver with an post.

    http://www.drinkstore.ie/Spiegelau-Craft-Beer-Glass-Tasting-Kit-4003322247296/

Going to pick it up tomorrow.

The only issue I've seen is that they're quite thin but sure I guess they're just like wine glasses in that sense. Just need to be careful.

I have the Sierra Nevada IPA glass and a brewdog one, both very thin alright but great glasses

Are the spigel ones thicker than Sierra nevada? My ipa glass from them lasted a week. One they were handing out at the Italian fest still going strong.

Oh and heard some interesting info as to when stone beers will be arriving

As far as I can tell they are the same. Just branded. Do they look different?

Just in case, how did you break yours so I can take extra care! :P

Anyone try the stuff from Kildare Brewery Kellys Mountain Brew? Had 2 bottles of their redemption IPA last night. Lovely stuff.

Having a Grafter's IPA while watching the Fuzzbawls. Picked it up while grabbing a rake of Lagunitas and a few other bits today.

I had it back in the summer and thought it was very bland, they must have changed the recipe a lot because it's really nice now, very hop forward. Proper American style IPA now so it is, €2.45 for a 500ml bottle of a decent 6.5% IPA, nice one!

Lad don't pay 20+ for the IPA glasses. McHughs have them for 7. Picked one up last week with a rake of beers to justify shipping costs.

It's €20 for three glasses though, so it's slightly cheaper per unit from drinkstore and you get two different style glasses too.

You get 3 glasses in the pack for 20

I love all things craft beer.

But I'm surely not the only one who thinks that a special pint glass for IPA is completely ridiculous.

    Sierra Nevada Narwhal Imperial Stout

On draught in The Beer Market. Rich, full bodied with all sorts of coffee and fruity flavours. Delicious stuff.

Trappistes 10 tonight, been sipping for over an hour, keeps getting better, real kick too at 11.3%. Had a Soulwater Renegade American Amber on Saturday in the Salthouse, really liked it, expected malt and caramel etc but a lovely hoppy flavour instead, well balanced too, very enjoyable.

Probably one of my favourite beers. It's very rare here on draught and very delicious:)

Had a Siren Quadrophenia at the weekend. I'm not a big fan of quads, a bit too raisiny for me, so I'm somewhat biased. It wasn't bad, however it didn't really have any of the big punchy flavours I was expecting. It was a little thin, lacked some body and was definitely over carbonated.

I then had a Siren Ryesing Tides. It was beautiful, as usual. It would be a perfect beer to enjoy on a nice hot day, if we ever see one of those here again!

Nope. I've asked in McCambridges twice, they have said that they are able to get it and it would be in the following weeks' delivery but no joy so far:(

Galway Bay bars will probably be able to stock it if you ask them.

They all get their Beavertown through the same distributor, Four Corners, so it's not likely that one specialist off licence will have a greater range than another.

I'd say they will charge a nice premium on it if they do get it in
