Ideally looking for a neapolitan or NY pizza dough recipe with plain flour. Tried jim Laheys no knead dough but I think kneaded dough is a bit better.

thanks for the replies, Cauliflower pizza crust maybe a step too far right now but that is pretty cool.
I wonder what else you could make a pizza crust from?

One of my daughters makes pizza base from blended chicken fillets and egg and it's gross. I've heard that quinoa makes quite a nice base though.
