    Always hear people say pay by credit card how does this work?
    How come no come back on debit cards?

    The comeback is different depending on the card. It's partly the VISA rules but partly down to the way a credit card works. Some debit cards have comeback.

    In theory with a credit card the Bank purchase the goods and you purchase the goods from the Bank. This means that if the company refuse to help you can insist the bank does. There are various extra protections, such as the liability of finance houses under the sale of goods act.

    I'm not an expert I'm afraid. You might want to ask Dudara nicely to move this across to the banking section where you will find some experts.
