    Run Altidore is an exciting and challenging 10 Km trail on a varied course which starts off with a downhill stretch for the first 1.5K and followed by a challenging 3K climb. Be assured your effort will be worthwhile because but when your reach the top you will be rewarded with the most beautiful views of Altidore Castle and the surrounding stunningly beautiful countryside. Now feeling inspired and energised you will hit the 5K downhill enthusiastically and you will have the ‘glad to be alive’ feeling! Register by midnight on 24 April to receive your free Technical T Shirt and, if you register and pay in advance, you will save €5.00, paying €25.00 instead of €30.00 if you register on the day.

    According to the Bray Lakers Facebook page there's a BBQ afterwards too.

    All monies raised go towards the club which I know from personal experience do brilliant work with kids, teens & adults with special needs.
