Floor insulation pricing

    Wondered if those that have completed of may have priced may post what sort of price per sq meter they purchased 100mm or 50mm (or other) floor insulation. Getting prices up around €10 + VAT per sq meter.

    I priced EPS for the floor insulation it's approx €6/m2 + vat for 100mm


    mm[PIR] * conductivity[EPS] / conductivity[PIR] = mm[EPS]

    So assuming 0.031 for EPS and 0.023 for PIR:

    120mm * 0.031 / 0.023 = 161.7mm

    thanks. 120mm refers to min PIR requirements so EPS requires 162mm to meet regs ?

    I got word to price ballytherm PIR so hopefully we get better prices.

    Ballytherm 120mm Thickness PIR Rigid Floor Insulation @ €12.45m²

    Please note that these prices are plus VAT.
