    How much would it roughly cost to get a detailed building drawing of a shed with a detailed spec? It is a lean-to shed with cavity wall.

    Depends if it's a draw and forget job or a draw and inspect job.

    If you want to somebody to just do a detailed drawing for the builder to price and build from then it shouldn't be too much.

    But, I know it's only a shed, but who will decide what size and spec of foundation, what size and spec of timber? And who will stand over this?
