My mum has a gofree.indigo.ie email account , my computer has died and the account and password is now unaccessible. How do I logon to the account for her ? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

The above information from ProjectMoose is indeed correct however if you are not an eircom broadband customer you will be able to reach email support on 1530277100.
