    Hi all

    I got the iPhone 5S for Christmas and am TERRIFIED of losing it/breaking it/having it stolen.

    First question, can anyone recommend a decent gadget insurance company? Have heard many stories about companies not paying out for various claims.

    Second question, my mother got me the iPhone, she got it on upgrade, gave me the iPhone and kept her old phone for herself. Does the phone need to be insured in her name, seeing as the receipt will be in her name and not my own?
