    Hello guys. I'm a 6th year student and I want to study medicine. I've already sent my CAO and HPAT applications but I want to take a year gap so if ever I got into medicine, is it possible to defer that course?

    Yes you can defer but it is at the discretion of the institution whether they will grant it.
