Places that will swap a Samsung Galaxy S4 front housing

Just a quick question, Is there any place in Dublin that would swap out the front housing of an S4 for me? I could buy it online or they could supply the parts but I don't have the technological know-how or confidence to dissassemble and reassemble the phone myself. Just a quick question,

Is there any place in Dublin that would swap out the front housing of an S4 for me? I could buy it online or they could supply the parts but I don't have the technological know-how or confidence to dissassemble and reassemble the phone myself.

The reason why I'm asking is I'll be selling it soon and the silver band around the side of the phone is chipped and I figured I'd get a better resale value this way. It's not been the most durable phone!

If anyone has any suggestions, I'd greatly appreciate them!

Any of the Chinese phone shops will do it for you.
