I didn't think I needed to post again but... I didn't know there's a rule book stating that if another manager doesn't do it, means you can't either!

You can make a substitute right after kick off, you did know that yeh?!! As I said if something's going horribly wrong the manager has the ability to change things up regardless of how long is gone!
