Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Will people seriously get off their high horses.

That type of situation happens all the time.

Keeper should never have come out like that and gave him the opportunity.

90% yellow cards so. Wipe out this nonsense from the game.

oh come on, how many times have we seen/heard, when you are running at speed the smallest of taps can unbalance you until you fall,

when Guzan tapped his back foot it could have sent him off balance?

Don't why lambert replaced Gabby with Holt, not like he was chasing the game.
Albrighton on the bench after all.

Cant so much as 'look' at some players and they pull this crap. And excusing with ****e talk like its part of the game at this level is bull crap. There are the usual suspects and no youre wrong they arent in every squad out there.

Everyone can name the divers off their head.

Another one of the faster Villa players off.

    Throw on Allen.

Sylla on now, after Holt. Villa losing a lot of speed and mobility for strenght.

Keeper was wreckless and gave him the opportunity to take advantage and he did.
Simple as that. No need for all the character assassination and indirect Hillsborough references.

Ah now be honest with yourself, you know thats not what happened. This momentum theory is used for everything these days.

    He dived

    Players on every team dive

Let's just hope people don't have short memories and start calling for bans when a player on another team does it

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 20,337 ✭✭✭✭monkey9

Goalkeeper was a clown for that penalty. What was he expecting to happen once he didn't get the ball. Don't know why goalkeepers continue to dive in like that these days.

Who mentioned Hillsborough? I'm talking about the fact that it's always someone else's fault when Suarez cheats or does something naughty. Racist abuse? The black guy's fault. Dives for a penalty? The keeper's fault

I wonder when the referees will actually catch up with Liverpool's recent antics - dives against Villa/Stoke and skrtel hauling players off the ball at corners and free kicks...

99% of fouls involve the fouled player exaggerating contact and going down to the floor when they could very clearly stay on their feet.

There was contact. That's enough. Literally no striker on the planet stays on their feet in that position.

If it happens outside the box or to another player nothing is said about it.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 10,386 ✭✭✭✭DDC1990

A "dive" from a Villa player after minimal contact from Suarez but I notice no white horse crusade calling him a cheat.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 13,385 ✭✭✭✭D'Agger

Gutted for Lucas, hope it's not serious

Also, if that means Gerrard goes deep again then I'm back into worried mode
