Christ Gerrard... Seriously what's going on? Mistakes due to positioning in a new role I can understand, but just falling over after an attempted chest control? He doesn't look like a footballer so far today, and more than that, he actually looks weak.

If he was in centre mid or attacking mid, I'd have no more confidence than I do in him as a DMC. The simple things are beyond him right now.

If a 3 man midfield with Gerrard, Lucas and Henderson was getting overrun then I don't see how Brendan thought that dropping one of them would somehow improve matters.
