Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

    Sunderland 3-1.
Saints haven't been great the past few weeks,
and it's the perfect time to play them with the on-going behind the scenes nonsense that's happening.

1-0 Southampton. Great strike from Rodriquez. Sunderland haven't touched the ball since kick-off.

My prediction is still on :)

Early days, hopefully you start getting a foothold in the game.

Not going to happen mate. We've had chance after chance to get out of trouble this year but just can't put two league results together back-to-back.

Your home form is shocking. Any ideas why you are so bad at home? Crowd? Expectation maybe?

Haha fair enough, I disagree tbh. Compared to other teams in the league, I'd say you have a better starting 11 than at least 5 other teams.

    Comebacks on ;)

Is Altidore the worst striker in the PL atm?

Interesting game. Southampton weathering that Sunderland fight back it looks like.

    Altidor like seriously wtf ??

    it cant be just me.

Whenever I watch him I am confused how he ever made it to this level.

    Who signed him?

Brown, Ki, Borini and Johnson once every ten weeks are probably the only players in our team that others would want. Two of those aren't even ours.

It's a poor, poor side and the Director of Football got the bullet yesterday for building it which says it all.

Yes. Unfortunately Fletcher is just as bad.

I can see why you find it interesting :pac: The Sunderland fight back lasted around 90 seconds in all honesty.

In all honesty Paully, I want Sunderland to stay up. The derbies are the only fixtures I look forward to seeing as we're a club with fúck all else to shout about.

    Boruc......thats terrible keeping.

Some turn around. Johnson making them tick. Only player who has looked like making anything happen.

Can't believe Sunderland are level here, Southampton were completely bossing this.

That's got to be a free on Ramirez

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 53,262 ✭✭✭✭GavRedKing

Few players down, Ramirez off after being on for a few mins.

Shocking tackle by Brown on Ramirez.

7 minutes extra time. Sunderland have done well to come back to 2-2

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 3,316 ✭✭✭kevohmsford

    Probably the right result. 2-2

Good comeback but ultimately not good enough. Another huge chance pissed away.

Same could be said about Southampton. Odd game but entertaining.
