Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Could be long 90 minutes for us the way we have been lately.

    Can see 2-0 home win.

Danny Welbeck scores when he wants

So....you're saying we have a chance?

I'd be delighted with a draw. Probably been playing better away from home so maybe.

    4-1. Utd utterly found out.

Gonna be an awful game to watch with Chelsea inevitably winning it.
I get depressed everytime I see Moyes n the dug out.

Big opportunity this for Utd to start a revival of form.

We've been saying that when we had a run of games against so called easy opposition:(

We've been saying that for months lol

    We're all expecting the worst.

Hoping for a win but not taking anything for granted, it is Utd after all, so you write them off at your peril.

    Hoping to see

hopefully it'll be a good game to watch ie some attacking footy from both teams

Expecting a determined, backs against the wall performance from United.

    3-0 Chelsea.

Utd fan but I can't see anything but a Chelsea win without jones, Rooney and RVP

Agree sadly, just not the same team without those players, especially Rooney

I don't see this being a repeat of the snore-fest that was the game in OT. Both teams have a big need for points. The optimist in me says that united can do it if the right team is picked and they play to win, not for a point.

I think it's going to be a good spectacle, with both sides scoring.

If United are to get anything out of this game they will need to go out and make hay if Chelsea start as slow as they seem to be doing in every game.

Slow starts amd slow 2nd half re-starts have being a bo**ocks but im always confident when we go behind we'll come back to win, at home anyway.

Think from losing possesions weve won the most points of any team this season, most of them would have been home games, when we go behind away, especially pre-xmas , we'd fall apart.

Seems to have been addresed, weve 4 clean sheets in 6 games.

    Should be a good game.

Kagawa is always dropped the game after he has a good game.

Best we can expect is him coming on left wing at some stage

    Cheeky 2-1 to United.

    Plucked from: me hole :)

Is no one expecting to see Giggs start?

When I was checking the odds yesterday that god awful thought came to me :(

Speaking of odds just wondering anyone remember the last time United were so far out? Over 4/1 in a few places

I wouldn't feel comfortable with an early lead but it's about all I'm pinning my hopes on. Early goal or 2 and hang on, I know how well Chelsea have been recovering from their slow starts.

Big game for United tomorrow. A win would put them on the magic 40 points, and almost certain safety from the drop.

    4-0 chelsea.

    A walk on the park

I'm expecting defeat anyway, that way I can avoid a good deal of disappointment/depression that follows.

Probably 2-0 or 3-0 to Chelsea, would love to pull a win out of the bag though.

Just cant bring myself to look for a man u win. so draw please.

  • Registered Users, Registered Users 2 Posts: 14,136 ✭✭✭✭Rayne Wooney

Can't see it being scoreless, Jose will go for it IMO

9 wins 1 draw at home is something else, only behind City I think (who have 11 wins from 11). Almost 2 and a half goals a game as well.

This will benefit United as well though hopefully, a draw would be great, a win would be incredible breaking Jose's record, but a Chelsea win is most likely.

Red against Blue gets me. Two primary colours at their most vibrant, battling for dominance in an infinite spectrum of light!

Did you mean for it to be an error an hence show static? If you did, nice.

    EDIT: I think you did.

2-1 United ... foolishly optimistic but I think United will raise their game massively today - if we do win then it would be the best win in years.

I can see Utd raising their game today and I don't think it's gonna be an easy match for Chelsea at all.

Don't think it'll be enough though, home win 2-0

Chelsea are one of the most overrated teams at the moment. They're getting results but they are nothing special at all. They may well win today but there not impressing me at all this year.

Agree with this. Apart from Hazard, there's nothing to be afraid of here.

0-1 by virtue of a united player diving to win a penalty, cueing moral outrage on here.

I reckon a Chelsea win with Willian on the score sheet.

Any Utd supporters who believe in their team really should have a punt - they are 4/1 which is a massive price for Utd in the PL.

A guy I know won a part of the lotto last night so its worth a punt :D

3-0 Chelsea , hard to see Utd getting anything today.
