Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Ashley Young continues to be shockingly awful.

How himself and Valencia keep getting picked is beyond belief .
They wouldnt look out of place in a Sunday league side .

Our lack of quality is embarassing,Fergie was a miracle worker to win the league with some of these players in his team.

Young handles it under zero pressure. Jesus.

What would you expect from a serial cheat?

55th minute and Hernandez? Sure, that's a solid 30 minutes too early...

Fergie really has done a Bertie Ahern on Utd.

In fairness Fergie wasn't the one who made 3 changes from our best performance of the season last week.

So we've been strugglkng to get the ball to the strikers, and we throw on Chico.

I think the bulk of United's problems stem from the fact that far too many of the young and promising players they're signed or brought through over the last five years just haven't improved as players. Young, Valencia, Smalling, Jones, etc - they're all still only as good as when they first came into the team.

Can you bet on how many times a player can be offside? Think there's money to be made on Hernández.

I dont know about that ,its probably one of the worst leagues in a long time ,the bottom 8-9 teams are atrocious.

Ah ya, it's terrible to have developed a wide ranging fan base through success. how are Dagenham and Redbridge fairing lately? Or is it Luton you follow?

City, Chelsea, Arsenal and even Liverpool (AKA Suarez) and even Everton are far better than they were last year. To win the league you need to get results against these teams.

To be fair to Moyes, when you take both RVP and Rooney out of the United squad, they probably have the 6th best squad in the league.

Jones and smalling have progressed, neither of the other two were young players when they joined tbf. valencia is poor

Historically Utd won their leagues against the weaker teams not the big teams.

I for one wasn't one of those.I got roundly criticised for complaining about Carrick. If we have to depend on a man who hates running or passing forward to carry our midfield something is wrong.Even Fergie almost got rid of him but due to our inability to sign a midfielder he brought him back into the team and stuck with him.

Silver lining, maybe now Moyes will act and spend some money.

How Can you blame moyes for Any goal. These are international players completely underperforming. And i hope moyes is there in The summer to weed out 6-7 of them

I hope Moyes is there in 6 years time. But right now he's out of his depth. Their attacking play is embarrassingly one-dimensional and their defensive positioning is disgraceful. Call me old-fashioned, but I blame the man in charge.

Samuel Eto'o is the fourth player to score Premier League hat-trick against Man United after Romelu Lukaku, Dirk Kuyt and David Bentley. What a bunch there.

  • Registered Users Posts: 13,195 ✭✭✭✭JRant

If Moyes can't see that there's a huge gap between midfield and the front men then he shouldn't be in the job.

Our front men are so isolated it's almost funny.

He wouldn't have stood a chance this year. The bar has been raised big time.

This season it has been the 1st time since the premier league started that after 21 games the top 4 teams had 42 points or more.
