    Hi I am looking to get info on how to tone my body for the summer . Eg chest abs arms etc. I am adolescent male and member of a gym but I can't really go very often so I would like if anyone could give me a workout on how to improve this at home . I play hurling so am fairly familiar wit planks push-ups crunches etc . How many of these shud I do or wat else shud I do . Thks
