Issues with iLok

I recently bought an akai eie pro which came with pro tools express. I have made my iLok account, activated the license onto my iLok usb and installed pro tools etc; but when I'm trying to open pro tools express, it's showing the following message:
"Error, missing iLok authorization for "Pro Tools Express". Please insert the necessary iLok and restart Pro Tools Express.
just wondering has anyone else experienced this problem before and how to fix it

have a read of that thread and good luck. it seems to be sorted now and may just take a quick mail to support but some are still having issues.

Cheers, just sent an email there hopefully it'll be sorted quickly, if not i'll just have to use audacity in the mean time!

Ive been getting this from time to time since ive been using two iloks...generally just unplugging the ilok and putting it in again sorts it out..
