Efibre on my line

     The last time my contract was up for renewal, the customer services rep said that efibre was coming to my area and that they needed to sign up people. I went along with it, so now I've checked and there is no plans for efibre in my area. So 2 questions:
    1. Are you then breaking your contract with me, as i know you record the phone calls.
    2. how do i find out when my contract is up.
