Car park closed?

Hi There was a car park on the corner of Grattan St and Adelaide St near North Main St which closed 2-3 weeks ago. It was basically a building site but it was reasonable at 5-6 euro a day. Does anybody know anything about it or whether it is likely to open up again? Thanks
