OP if u have Picasa on ur PC u can upload it thru that to youtube.. Picasa can be downloaded for free on Google. Doesn't lime windoze 8 tho.

I dont mean to be racist so ill try not to be but people like this need to be stood up to. If something like this happens where i grew up and it has the local "community group" "farmers with pitch forks" show up and tell them to stop playing silly beggers and clear off. Security by force. Yes its vigilante justice but i would be the first to do damage to their vans in responce to this crap. Maybe a nice new paint job would be in order. Along the lines of stop illegal dumping a**holes.

its really only when you look at the picture and you see what the palce gets like that you realise the level you have to go to cctv cameras going to court to give statements aginst these people etc. I must ask the local litter warden how much has been raised from fines along our street. there is only 3 people who live on our road so we do have to be careful in how we approach people. Dumping is only one of our issues there is gangland stuff too and the couples who dont mind putting on a show for all to see.
I guess this time it was a company van from a local company that just got to me. I was down looking at my neighbours footage from beside where they tried to dump and the back of the van was full of crap, what happens if Im driving down the road and crash into it? who becomes liable then. Its the council and if they have to pay more money as compensation then there is less money for other badly needed things. Dont forget its not just Polish van drivers our very own natives are more than capable of collecting a few skip bags and blocking the road (almost every tuesday) in fact the only ones Ive never seen are africans.

I said it from the start that I got him just as he was about to empty the first of the bags on the street. Its stupid but I should have let him throw all there crap onto the road that way the council could have fined them. I would have been left with a tip head at the end of the road for a few weeks till the clean up crew come out. :mad:. but why should I have to endure that?
