Hey all, Just wondering does anyone know why type of beans may go well with this recipe http://therecipecritic.com/2012/07/slow-cooker-cashew-chicken/ Just looking to add a little more fibre to the dish, cheers in advance

Hmm. Maybe black-eyed beans? You could serve them with finely chopped peppers mixed through, which might cut the sweetness of the chicken sauce.

Butter beans hold up well in a slow cooker. Plus they taste ridiculously amazing. I am a butter bean fan.
