Bertra Beach since the storm?

Have many people gone out to view the damage at Bertra Beach since the storm a couple of weeks ago? There's a Youtube video up now, looks bad. Will it be repaired I wonder? How vulnerable are Murrisk and other areas towards Westport to coastal erosion if it's eroded further?

On Mayo Advertiser that National Parks and Wildlife Service prevented the County Council from proceeding with beach protection works.

Even more damage done over the last couple of days. 1m to fix it up now, to put in defenses will cost even more!!!

It is sad that the NPWS did not allow the COuncil proceed with protection works there
