Rather than dig up an old thread... I'm sure this stuff has been around for a while, but I literally only saw this in Woolies for the first time the other day, closest thing to Yop i've had. Considering i haven't seen Yop for sale anywhere in SA, this is a good substitute imo..…

Low fat???? Can't beat Yop, it has cured many a hangover.

Well I did say it's the "closest thing to Yop i've had". I wouldn't generally take low fat anything, but the texture and flavour are close enough for me.
