    Hi,

I was due to receive a SO payment on the 20 Jan (it was the first installment of 12) and it has not arrived into my account as of today. (From AIB to BOI).

Can you please confirm if this is due to the SEPA changes?

I want to rule out that the SO was not set up correctly originally.

    Hi apeking,

Thank you for getting in contact with us.

Bank of Ireland will always process SEPA credits as soon as possible when received from other banks. The paying bank may have sent the funds slightly later under SEPA but they should still arrive on the value date.

The best thing would be for you to check with the payer directly to ensure the standing order was setup corretly.

    We hope this helps.

    Thanks,
    Elaine
