    Hello

Some transactions are showing twice on my account?

Is this just a problem with my account or something more universal?

Still no fix on this problem?  I noticed this today at 7am - do we have to wait for the overnight reports to run in Cabinteely to rectify this error? 24 hours is not within acceptable limits for an error not to be corrected.

I am now €650 O.D. due to BOI's duplication of laser entries from Friday 17th January, as I had to make a payment of €700 for home heating oil by laser that date, as well as the shopping and some petrol.  Now I have to tell my child minder that I can't pay her today......GRRRRRRR......
