Hi all! We have been experiencing an issue on site where threads have been missing the latest postings. The platform host Vanilla are working on this issue. A workaround that has been used by some is to navigate back from 1 to 10+ pages to re-sync the thread and this will then show the latest posts. Thanks, Mike.

Weird problem on Mac

    Hi, I'm trying to log in to my email and drop box account on a mac computer in my office. For some bizarre reason it keeps telling me my email address or password is incorrect when I try to log in on either service. I know my credentials are correct because they work when I Iog in on a windows computer. The caps lock is definitely not an issue and I've tried using chrome instead of safari with no luck. I've never heard of an issue like this and neither has anyone I work with, does anyone know what it might be? Have cleared caches etc already.

    Try typing your password into textedit or a similar text editing program. Mac's have symbols in different locations. You may inadvertently be entering the wrong password.
