Getting to Ballsbridge Business Park from City Centre

Does anyone know what bus takes you to this particular area of Ballsbridge and where that bus leaves city centre? Does the LUAS go out this direction either? Many thanks in advance

4 or 7 bus to Merrion Road and walk.
You can get them both on O'Connell Bridge.
